Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. Delivery times are estimates and vary by location; they may be affected by courier or regional delays.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date so we can assist.
